Use the Drop down Navigation to access other pages

There is a drop down navigaton menu in the top left of the screen.

Use it to access other pages in the "Backend"

Select the page you wish to edit.

Choose C to go to the "Content" screen, to edit the page content

Choose P to go to the "Page Properties" screen.
